Steer clear. Do not return calls, very inflexible and inefficient. I’ve met one representative on one occasion who was still clearly drunk from the night before.

I am dealing with Cuala Property Management Company and i have to say i find them to be totally incompetent and if i had a choice i would run a mile from them and never have to deal with them. Apart from being incompetent, they are also extremely slow in replying to you, not very helpful at all.
