The restaurant was good, clean and well kept. The food was definitely my favorite out of all the places we ate across Ireland. Full breakfast, which has bacon(not American bacon – looks like ham), eggs, croissants, toast, puddings, hash browns, etc. It’s the dinners that really made this place stand out from the rest, though. The bruschetta was phenominal. We were with a tour group so I can’t remember the names of some of the dishes, but everything we had was great. They know how to use spice! That’s the one thing I noticed with Ireland. They don’t use much spice in any of their food. Service was tremendous! Ask for Ruth! Such an incredibly sweet, attentive young woman. Jordan is extremely nice and attentive, too. On the days we were there, we had more interaction with Ruth as she was the only person there the first couple of nights. On our first night, we were looking for someone to help us get a drink at the bar. Their dining did not open till 6 and it was 5:30. Ruth walked in and immediately put her stuff down to take care of us right away. We told her to do what she needed to first, but she insisted on getting us settled first. She wasn’t supposed to be on the clock at that time, either. Incredibly nice person, hard worker and eager to assist with constantly checking on everyone to see if they needed anything. Would definitely go back!
