It’s not often you get to meet someone who has been fundamental to a niche sport, and meeting with Clive in Skate City on the Picture This Tour was, well, awesome. If there’s ever a moment to justify an Irish person using the word ‘awesome’ this is it. Clive is one of the pioneers of skateboarding in Dublin, and listening to his stories of races of old, skateboarders of note and exactly how badly injured one can be (mangled arm) and still compete in a race would have been worth paying for. He had advice for newbies and chat about the culture in general for those in the group more au fait with the whole deal. Unique.

Well respected Skate Shop and probably one of the reasons skate culture has grown so attached to Temple Bar over the years.
Some nice urban gear upstairs as well.
