Duck was good. Pad thai was standard but spicy for kids. Garlic chicken was okay but no unique flavor. Satay chicken was delicious according to Elena. Tom GUI soup was good.

Food is nice, small portions but acceptable. Service is definitely a let down. Staff could not care less, even when you ask them for attention they turn away asking you to wait in a not busy situation. Lamentable…

Oh my Thai! This was such a great find! We ate lunch here on our first day in Dublin and enjoyed it so much we also ate here on our last day in the city. Tom Yum soup, chicken with cashews, pad Thai, panaang with chicken… they all were good with just enough spice. The tea afterwards was a great end to the meal. At other tables were locals of all ages, there was even a birthday luncheon going on for an older group of ladies. Our server was very attentive and provided a high level of service.

Went to this place and the food was great. They make a mean green chicken curry and the beef mussaman was also good but needed a bit of chilli. Maybe it’s a Dublin thing but a lot of places seem to oversalt their food and this was no exception. Will come back for more. Good Thai food and nice ambience. Only disappointment, no Thai desserts on the menu and I miss my black sticky rice with coconut milk and banana fritters. The food does not match the standards of sydney for Thai but would happily go back to siam any day :-)

Great place! Am a regular here with my girlfriend, she loves it! It’s great food in an intimate atmosphere. Recommend getting the Early Bird if you can. It’s great value! The portions are generous and it’s just so damn tasty! You might have to book if you’re going at peak time on the weekends but other than that you should get a table.

Price: A bit expensive, but the early bird is a fine value and is how an early bird should be done(no silly menu limitations!) Atmosphere: A bit cosy, but it was what you’d expect. Not the highest end, but definitely not a kip. Service: Polite and service orientated. They were quick and respectful. Food: The food was gorgeous. Absolutely! My experience: One of the finer places in Dublin City Centre, where the value is matched by the quality. I like spicy thai food and have routinely been disappointed. Not so at Siam. A lovely other and myself went for the early bird, which was a great value. 2 courses under 25 Euros. This wasn’t just a set early bird menu… you basically could pick any starter and any main. Some things had a euro surcharge, but that wasn’t frequent. We had reservations, but they seated us early, which was lovely. Table for two by the window. I had the Prawn & Chicken Cakes and she had the Satay Chicken as starters. Both were lovely. We ordered up a bottle of sparkling wine and it was delivered to us in a chilled bucket. She had the Chicken Ginger dish and I had the Pad Thai. I asked for mine to be as spicy and hot as they could manage. They complied nicely. While it was not the hottest Thai I’ve ever had, it was so tasty that I am truly wishing I was eating some now. Seriously, it was that lovely. She was happy with her Chicken Ginger and it was just the right portion. The portion sizes were spot on. While our plates were empty, I was not feeling in want of more. It was a fine evening, they gave us tea at the end of our final course. I will return.

This place was great. Not only did it have amazing ambiance, the food was delicious and the wine was cheap. I ordered up the chicken Pad Thai(18 euro) with a glass of red wine(5 euro). It was seriously one of the best, if not the best Pad Thai ever! The place looks like it would be much more expensive than it is. And the reason I say that the prices are reasonable is due to my European experience with TGI Friday’s. Really? 16 euro for a hamburger? That I will save for another review. But back to Siam, it’s in the city centre adjacent to Grafton Street and near many night clubs. A great place to start your weekend night out!
