Four stars? Why did I only give it four stars?! This update serves no other purpose than to correct my awful mistake. The staff are great, it’s never quite packed and the coffee is the nicest I’ve had in Dublin — Bald Barista included.

You and me both know, what little surprises can lurk around every corner here in Dublin but this one is a pleasant one. The Roasted Bean Coffee shop was one of those places I walked past numerous times but never batted an eye at but today stepped in to have a wrap and what a wrap it was. I think all the difference is having it toasted so the cheese melts just a little. You’ll love it! The staff is friendly and quite a large selection of other dishes that I’m sure are just as tasty!

This is a really handy place to get a coffee if you’re stuck waiting for a train or bus at Connolly or Busaras. It won’t blow you away, but the service was good, and the prices reasonable.

Not a bad little place to grab a cup of coffee if you’re in the run or a bit to eat if you’re looking for a bit to eat.
It’s best to pop in here away from the rush hour otherwise you might find yourself with a cup of coffee and no place to sit. Unless you do that little awkward bit where you ask someone if you can sit at their table and then try to pretend they don’t exist and your phone is just the must exciting item you’ve ever seen!

This café provides no-​frills, decent service and some yummy bagels and sandwiches.
Not the best place to head if you want to linger for hours on end, but great if you’re after some quick, easy, cheap eats. The café is quite small and busy, so it’s hard to find yourself a quiet wee corner to mull over the metro in, and you most certainly will rub shoulders with most of the people who (by necessity) push past you in the stuffy space.
I do recommend their breakfast bagel — it’s cheap and yummy and just the thing to ease the pain of a mid-​week hangover.
