This place is basic, very basic, and not in any way glam, but to be fair it’s not pretending to be otherwise.
If you can ignore the bare exposed lighting (and the terrible décor in general), and take the abrupt manner of the staff with a pinch of salt (they take a bit of warming up to at first, but stick with them, they’ll actually gas!), you can come away with a not-​half-​bad haircut for a measly € 19!
Considering how other places charge at least double that price without magically making my hair look doubly good, I think this is a steal!

I was in New image hair & beauty salon to do my waxing and hair colour the staff was really friendly and they give me great service, I was really happy with all my treatments, and I will recommend to all my friends to go there.

I walked in here being a recently frequent customer. I walked in and a lady cutting hair just stared at me. I said (which I shouldn’t of had to say)“I’m here to get a haircut”.She said «go next door they do men there» or something to that effect. I said that I get my haircut in here and he said I’m busy. The tone of voice used in the exchange gave it more of a rude context and not only that but it was In front of other customers. Needless to say I’m never coming back. Which is a shame cause it was the only place I felt where I asked them to do something and I got what I wanted.
