Yes it’s a chain. Yes the coffee is not astounding but this review is an ode to the customer service in there well the customer service of one girl. She’s small in stature but full of enthusiasm and speed.
I feel obliged to shout her praises because even in a huge faceless chain she really seems to love her job and is fantastic with customers. People like her should really advance in the company in my opinion.
Every time I go in there she seems to know each customer and remembers personal details and has the banter. They always leave smiling.
With me she remembers my order every time which is a medium americano which equals € 2.35. One time she nearly fainted when I decided to get adventurous and order some fancy coffee with lots of froth,
