This bookstore/stationery shop has only satisfactory book selection, both compared with bigger Eason in O’Connell Street, and Reads that used to be housed here. There is also a selection of souvenirs, and the stationery section downstairs.

Reads of Nassau street is no more — sob. It was always a great stationary shop to go to for the obscure stationary needs. Their printing business is still up the road, so don’t despair if you are a customer of that arm of their business. Back to Eason, they moved in and is very similar in business to what was here before. Books and newsagent upstairs and stationary downstairs. But I found their stationary section to be lacking somewhat. I was in for ink pads and was surprised they only had one colour, blue. They didn’t even have black. They seemed to be more geared towards branded notebooks instead of a comprehensive selection of stationary. A-OK.
