Di Bella Cafe

If you’re like me and you get goosebumps when your phone signals an incoming text message, then you might like this story. Excited about some piece of trashy office gossip or the possibility of hanging out with whoever was texting, I rush to my phone only to be very disappointed by the contents within: «Matt, this is Kirby, can you send me the menu to Di Bella?» This sad tale should be enough recommendation to try out Di Bella for your takeaway, or sit-​down needs, even if you get less excited about receiving text messages. My aforementioned friend and I had ordered takeaway from Di Bella on the recommendation of a full blown Italian from the middle of nowhere Italy because the takeaway Italian was supposed to be phenomenal (or at least like he remembered it from home). Not expecting much, I got a typical chicken pasta dish and my friend got a spicy pasta dish. We were instantly hooked and continued ordering from Di Bella.
Over my many months eating from Di Bella, I’ve ordered pizzas (the Di Bella pizza is my favorite), a Mexican dish (not their strong suit), and when I’m feeling the fear or need some memory of home, the Di Bella Burger (this burger is huge and full of bacon, although on the moist side). While this place satiates your takeaway needs, sometimes the pastas are overly oily and like I mentioned, the burger is a bit juicy for takeaway, I don’t think you’ll be unhappy if you stick to the Italian options on the menu.
Bonus points to the delivery guy who started making fun of me due to the frequency of his visits to my place. I think he got a little worried when he didn’t visit for a week!
