Simple review here. Very good coffee, nice treats, very big and a nice place to relax and listen to a podcast, for example. You could read the papers too! The medium sized latte is very big, so I am too terrified to consider a large size lol The stairs to the upper level are pretty intense for carrying a tray up, but that’s prob just me having never worked in a coffee shop or pub as a youngster! Enormous car parking downstairs as its shared with Harvey Norman and one or two other outlets. There’s always a big queue, but it moves fast as the baristas know their word! Particularly nice girl with red hair works there and has a welcoming smile which is a nice touch and good for Costa in hiring her. The boom is back. Long live Coffees

I really like this branch of Costa Coffee. It is in the Nutgrove Shopping Centre retail park opposite the main shopping centre. The building is really bright and light and airy and it is great for chilling and relaxing for a while. Lots of space and tables and plenty of free parking right outside. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is the same as in every Costa as is the coffee, it’s not my favourite but the sweet treats here are really good, especially the lemon tarts.

Forget NAMA, Anglo and the Troika — the recession is officially over as Costa Coffee have taken up residency in Nutgrove park. This building has been empty for a millennia(maybe a little less if you want to keep to the facts) and forget any other indicators you hear on the news it’s this baby that will herald in the good old days of spiralling house prices, 200% mortgage loans and the receipt of unexpected letters from friendly banks checking if you would like to increase your credit card limit as it has already been preapproved(yes please — can anyone really have too much credit?) A really nice Costa Coffee is only going to be a 3 stars at the best of times as all franchises are pretty much the same but I love this place and have been popping down most Friday mornings. The place is huge — spread over 2 floors — and is very bright and airy. There is loads of well arranged seating so it’s real easy to find a quiet spot to get through that book with some toe tapping music to eh… toe tap along too. It was Motown gold today. The service is fast and friendly and they have the usual selection of coffee, sandwiches and cakes but it is the building that sets this place apart and makes it the best chain coffee shop in Dublin. Wow! I just checked the Internet and apparently you actually can have too much credit and apparently it’s not a good thing! If only the Internet had been round before the crash… oh well live and learn(or not!).

Beautiful new location, 2 story. Inside and outside seating. Coffee ok, pastries overpriced. staff at this location not too friendly. Clean facilities. lots of free parking. I do go here quite a bit out of convenience, did get a loyalty card. Unsure how many coffees I need to buy before this thing kicks in.

The building has lain barren for a long time, since it was erected 6 years ago in fact, so it is nice to see it finally have a purpose. Costa have moved in and added a great outdoor area and a suitable interior to make for a really nice place to hang out. It has all the usual trappings and offerings, coffees, teas, a selection of hot and cold sandwiches and of course sweet treats, all spot on. The shop is spread over 2 floors; the 1st floor being a really attractive round room, mostly glazed, offering a 270 degree view of Nutgrove… OK, view could be a lot better, but if you enjoy watching the car park of a large shopping centre or dogs humping in the park, this place is perfect. humping dogs aside, the coffee was good, service was spot on and toilets were OK(not spectacular).
