I usually like cafés in Museums, but this must have been the saddest one I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend it especially, unless you really have to go there. The most important thing I can warn you about is that the coffee is pretty bad. So go for tea or a fizzy drink instead. The interior feels very cold and desolate, and the plastic tablecloth only makes it worse.

The dinning room of this café is a delight with high ceilings and large picture windows. The room is bright and spacious and the seating and tables are high quality. However, the food here is not as appetizing as it could be. They have lots of stuff like Quiche and vol au vents, on view, which require microwave heating. All in all the food on display looks kind of sad. I would prefer two choices of freshly, cooked food to a choice of 10 that require microwave heating. Having said that they do have a daily special and the soup is fine. The staff are pleasant enough but this place has the potential to be doing so much better given its location if it had more imaginative management.
