You just know this place is expensive, it has a reputation for expensiveness. I mean, people write books and they are trying to describe some fictional characters wealth and they always describe the person as owning something from Bang and Olufsen. it even has an expensive sounding name, a minimalist expensive looking interior and an expensive looking layout. you know before you even get into this shop that you probably cannot afford anything in the shop. But sure whats the harm in looking, you can always ask Santa for whatever takes your fancy, maybe the elves will learn how to make it one day.

One wonders if the writing is on the wall for Bang and Olufsen what with this global economic cluster cluck. If it’s clean lines and a bauhaus feel you want from your remote control and you hate, just hate, having money in your bank account then by all means, be my guest.

I have far too much cash in my pockets, it’s weighing me down… I can barely walk there’s so much… thank jeebus for Bang & Olufsen, they are happy to take the large wedges of cash in exchange for some of the coolest yet essentially useless gadgets ever made. Bang & Olufsen are, I am afraid, very much a case of style over content, however as far as shops go the one on D-brook is tremendous, full of lovely shiny TVs, computers and incredibly funky phones. I know the quality is not what it should be but dam, if I could afford it, I’d buy the lot!
