I thought I’d give it a week or two before I review this to help me get over my anger about the terrible cut I got.
Although my friend warned me about this place after being overcharged by 40Euro and then threatened with the Garda (!) but I bought a voucher anyway. The voucher bookings were only taken Mon, Tues and Wed which wasn’t on the T&Cs so I arranged an appointment 3 weeks from me calling them. The day before someone called me asking if I was willing to change the appointment as they were double booked. I went in the next day, wasn’t greeted, took a seat and waited. 20mins in someone took my coat, washed my hair, skipped the treatment that was included in the deal and eventually started cutting. The 1 cm off my chin-​length bob we discussed were somehow turned into 4 cm so now I look like a 12 year old boy. WhenI asked the girl what the hell she was doing she told me she was hungover and she thinks ‘it’s not bad on me at all’. Absolutely terrible, would never ever go back there. It’s been about 2 weeks and I still think this is the worst cut I ever got!

I’m surprised to see the previous bad reviews here. I just finished getting my hair cut and blow dried using a grab one voucher I had received. Upon arrival, they took my coat, washed my hair, and we discussed the hair cut I wanted. Was promptly brought tea, magazines, and well looked after. My hairdresser, Sinead, explained what she was doing as she did it, and did an AMAZING job styling my hair. She understood exactly what it was I wanted, and was able to translate that into the exact hair cut I wanted. Will definitely be returning!

I got my hair cut here. They somehow managed to make my full head of hair look stringy and my bangs and length were cut unevenly. I used hair curlers to make my hair look acceptable for the next month until I got it cut again in England. They also did not layer my hair at all, which I specifically requested. For 80 euros, I will not return.
