I recently needed a lock on my external door rekeyed. I had called loads of places, who either told me «no one rekeys locks» or «well, we can rekey it, but you’ll have to physically bring the lock in». And here I am thinking, «what? You want me to take the lock OFF my front door and bring it in? No sir!»
Then amazingly, right as I was about to give up hope, I found these guys after googling for ages. Robbie was super helpful on the phone, asked me to text him photos of the lock, so he knew before coming out if he could rekey the lock or not. He has another job he had to do that day, but said he’d be straight over afterwards. I had to wait a few hours, but that was totally ok, because I was just happy he was coming out the same day.
He came out, took the lock out, rekeyed it in 20 minutes. He even did a quick service on the door, oiling up the locking mechanisms and offering to cut me a new key (he said my current key was poorly cut). Super happy with his service, will definitely be using him again!
