Attended here for some laser hair removal at one stage over a year ago. They initially seemed friendly enough, but once I started to express concern at my lack of progress they became aggressive and quite rude. It was made quite clear that I was absolutely free to go elsewhere if I wasn’t happy with them. So I did. I rarely dealt with the same person twice and one therapist in particular was rough and abrupt. I spent a fair amount of money here and regret it enormously. I spoke with a friend later who had a similar experience with microdermabrasion here and also found them rude and unyielding.
I would absolutely not recommend this salon. There are far nicer places that do a better job. Changed to Cork Laser Care clinic on Patricks Quay and was much happier.
