If I could give 0 stars I would. Normally I am not a mean person and try to write nice reviews, but there is nothing nice to say about this place. If you are looking for a hair dresser who does not listen to you, does exactly the opposite of what you asked for and butchers — no wait — slaughters your hair — well then you have found the right place.
I guess I should have known better the min a real miserable looking moody teen entered and turned out to be the assistant.
The second hint should have been the hair dresser ruining my pretty fringe by cutting it exactly the opposite way of what I wanted (instead of round in an arrow really short on the ends and a horrible pointy middle pit).
But well, I thought you can not ruin much by just trimming the edges of my flowing long hair. Oh boy was I wrong. She said so I can cut about 3 inches off and I explained — no less than half an inch, just trim the edges. I thought she had understood — oh no. Wrong again. When she was finished she had layered my hair! some of the layers cut by at least 5!!! inches.
I am fairly sure that if I wanted layers I had specified this. Seeing the results I was horrified. How dares someone to not listen to you and ruin your hair, your day and probably the couple of next month until this horrendous layers are finally grown out again?
I don’t understand how hairdressers get away with such behaviour, expect to be paid and you being thankful.
I guess I should have been smarter and realized what kind of place this is after my boyfriend came home one day — after trimming his curly shoulderlong hair they had actually STRAIGHTENED!!! it.
Never ever ever again will I visit this place and I hope by writing this review I save as many girls from the Butcher of Dublin as possible.
