My grandads«go to» pub. Like someone mentioned, it does have the two half sections-each having a different average age group. There are the patrons that go there everyday, but after breaking through the standard«glare» upon entry, they are all jokes and laughs and so welcoming and provide a fun evening. Ive spent many a summers eve here with my Grandad and his friends. Great little place nestled in a residential area– with a local shop next door for all the essentials(sweets and crisp). I watched the Dubs win the All Ireland last September here, so this place will always have a special place in my heart ;)

Like many pubs in Ireland this is a pub of two halves, there is the half where the young ones go and then you have half where the ol’ lads sit on bar stools for a pint. Again, like all Irish pubs you WILL get stared at if you wander into the old man half, with this in mind I give you this piece of information, the door you want to go in is the one on the left, unless you’re an old man of course! Other than that, it’s a very local pub nestled in the middle of a housing estate, nothing out of the ordinary, a good pub for a quiet drink. Oh and there is a function room upstairs which is a good size for a party!
