Never had a bad meal, always delicious, innovative, with local flavors. Great place for visitors. The location away from Tumon Bay is much less crowded. Reservations are recommended, especially if your party is more than two.

Great place! Crazy popular and they only take reservations from 6−7pm, which book up weeks in advance, or so they said. Anyway, we went early at 6pm, waited just 30 mins and were in. Others after us waited much longer it looked like, so going early might be a good move. The ahi tuna crêpe appetizer was a highlight — excellent! And, fantastic BBQ spare ribs. The made-in-Wisconsin«Guam Beer» was a disappointment, but can’t blame the restaurant for that! Highly recommended.

Good food, a little pricey. I wish they would get a new menu because after you eat there more than 5 times youre pretty much over it. Good place to bring off islanders for some upscale local food. Fried parrot fish is must!

It’s busy, and the food is fine. Nothing negative about the place at all, but you can walk another block to one of the hotels and get food just as good for the same price.

Carrot cake was mediocre, lacking a true cream cheese frosting. The bbq was great but pricey for what was served. The sampling of ribs and chicken were more like appetizer portions. Acoustics in the room are terrible and the loudness took away from the dining experience.

The BBQ chicken is the best I have ever had, tender and juicy. I am from the mainland so I’ll be dad to leave because I know I won’t find anything like it when I get back to New England. I personally enjoy the location that is across from the Chammoro village, lots of room with an amazing open bar space.

Decided to go to dinner with my wife and went to Proa, Tumon for the first time. Would not recommend it. I usually go to the one in Agana, which sails by in comparison at every level. For the one in Tumon: — Steak was Cold(Chef just took out of fridge and put on grill) — Service was OK(Beer was only ¾ full when delivered) — Restaurant A/C was very poor, so it heated up quick in there — Cheesecake was delicious — If you want to try Proa, the one in Agana is 100% better.

Are you ready to be blown away?! Wow… this restaurant is the bomb! I’ve been here several times for lunch and dinner, and each time I’m left satisfied, happy, and very full. The service is phenomenal, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere/ambiance is casual, open(big windows), and very homey. Each time I’ve gone, I’ve gotten the BBQ spare ribs. Wow oh wow it’s amazing. The BBQ ribs come with a huge portion of meat, a side of either red/white rice, and a great tasting salad. What more could you ask for? The desserts are also notable, since there’s a huge dessert display up front. I’ve tried the banana coconut crème pie and it was fabulous! This restaurant is a must stop and eat at… 5 stars!

They used be a locally famous restaurant. They’re now very popular even for foreign tourists. The reservations are fully booked a couple of weeks. Although they’ve got popular, they still serve very delicious uniquely flavored pac-rim foods. I got favorably stunned with their Calamari, so delicious. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. My wife was happy with this place for celebrating her birthday. :D

Went at lunch time. The restaurant was almost full but we didn’t have to wait for a table. We ordered the fried calamari appetizer, and it was a bit over cooked making the batter really dark and the calamari excessively chewy. I ordered the BBQ trio, which comes with short ribs, spare ribs, and chicken. This turned around my impression of the food. It was sweet, smoky, and just the right amount of char/smokiness. My friend had a steak sandwich that was very tender and juicy. Finished up with the taro cheesecake and banana cream pie, since so many folks insist on trying the dessert. Skip the pie and just get the cheesecake it was great. Some items on the menu, mainly the fancier entrées, seem a bit over-priced. The most expensive BBQ plate with a sample of all three meats was around $ 17, which isn’t bad.

Definitely need reservations for this place. I overheard that they were fully booked for the rest of the month and the next, we were lucky however and came with a party of 10 and they were able to seat us in 30 minutes. Loved the presentation of food, but taste was good not amazing. Dessert however was my favourite, very unique, chocolate wasabi cheese cake, and banana coconut cream pie.

I miss Guam mostly due to the short ribs from this place. The last time I was in Guam I stayed for only 3 days and we at here each day! Best short ribs I have ever had! Wish i had the recipe!

Two locations. Very good BBQ sticks and deserts. Really enjoyed our food. Can get very busy at the location by the hotels.

Very good place. Tried the spare ribs and short ribs. Both very good. Although I’m glad I don’t live near a place like this. Red meat and charcoal carcinogens can’t be too good for the diet. They give you a nice side sauce(soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice). Don’t bother with the white rice and go for the red. Even the salad is nice with a cumin dressing. The short ribs could have been warmer. I would have preferred they served separately the dishes if they can’t time it right. This place would be torture to wait outside for. The smells. Mmm. The coconut cream banana pie. Almost flawless. I prefer if they made the bananas into a cream though. Overall, this place is a winner.

The only reason this restaurant is getting 4 stars is because of how long it took our party of five to receive our food. Not too pricy, paid $ 26USD for a 12 oz New York steak. Medium well with a bed of rice and a mushroom butter reduction sauce. Extremely delicious. Service was fast, just the wait of the main course. I would Definitely recommend coming back, so far the best restaurant I’ve been to in Guam.

Absolutely wonderful time here thanks to great good and great service. Our server was mona and she just completely made our night. I can’t say enough good about this place. They also had live music and the lady who was singing had a wonderful voice. I wished she could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place!

OK, the food was good, but several things happened that screwed it up. 1. We stopped at the little one in Tumon, and at about 5:15 and they told us they only served BBQ until six. I jokingly said we’d sit there and get drunk while we waited, and the waitress very seriously told me we’d have to order food if we wanted to wait. WTF. Note to restaurant owners… if you can’t make money from a willing buyer of alcohol, you can’t make money. 2. We actually had time on our hands and ended up going down to the bigger Proa. Where we waited 20 minutes then got seated. Tables were open, so not sure why they weren’t staffed up to serve to capacity. 3. We were hit on to buy a raffle ticket during our meal. 4. There was a singer, and while she was good, it was extremely loud, and that’s not really what we were hoping for with a upscale dining experience. 5. I know it’s a matter of personal taste, but I’m really not a fan of shrimp heads, and the taste, even if you only get a little of it, overwhelms the rest. So, be warned Americans… if you get the shrimp on a stick, they’re head on. 6. Yeah, the other food was good. I really liked the coconut fried bananas.

My rating to this establishment remains the same after repeated horrific experiences. Took my son came all the way from the US. They put us near the door while other areas were wide open. I complained of heat and as they may think we are locals, did not bother to relocate us. We walked away and said, never again will walk in there. Food is very salty as we are health consciences… Today, even my friends says — where to go, I refuse to go to this place. Concept food is not too bad, but service or care of clients not only tourists should be number … all cross the board should treat locals or tourists not matter what… equally!!! My son still talks to his friends back in states — of how horrible they treated us. We ate in a restaurant, HOTHOTHOT and won’t move us even it was not full.
