I ordered the Beef Tapa and Eggs, which comes with garlic rices($ 10). Portion is good. My BF ordered the baked salmon($ 13). It came with a side salad and white rice. Both were very delicious! However, my BF also got an iced mocha. It was $ 6 and it came in a small cup. It says it comes with whipped cream, but it didn’t. For dessert, we tried something that was similar to latiya. I forgot what it was called. It was a bit pricey, but good.($ 7) Service was good. Will definitely be back to try out other things on the menu!

After hours of site seeing down south my friend and I were STARVING. Ended up here and when we ordered I read the reviews and was concerned. Food came out hot within 15 minutes of ordering and it was delicious. Fish in the Fish Tacos were crispy and yummy and seasoned fries were nice. My friends steak and mushroom sandwich was huge and delicious. Soft bun and flavorful meat and very juicy. Waitress was nice and accommodating.

We came in for lunch. My mother-in-law got the spicy crab patty salad & I got the spicy crab sandwich. My husband ordered the Bayside burger. My mother-in-law & I were served within 30 minutes but my husband never received his food. Tables around us were served. We inquired & were told it would be another 15 minutes. We shared our food with my hungry(& angry) husband. 72 minutes later the apologetic waiter came back with another excuse & my husband canceled the order. No comp was offered, just«we’re sorry». Not impressed & we won’t be giving them repeat business(& we live here, we’re not tourists!).

There are not enough stars to rate this place. I love coming here! Excellent service and delicious food! I came here one time at 7 in the morning and they informed me that their chef wasn’t in yet and that it would be awhile. I reeeeeeally wanted their Salmon Fried Rice so i decided to wait. Ended up waiting 45 minutes and finally got my food and i can honestly say it was well worth the wait. To top it off, they ended up making my meal absolutely FREE! Keep up the good work TuRe’!

Came for lunch and ordered a local fish taco and pastrami sandwich. Without getting technical, friend and I felt like neither of our dishes looked right. My taco did not look like a taco and her open faced pastrami on a french roll did not look like that either, but putting that aside, I would still come back for lunch. As food was still not bad. The fries were good. I thought my coffee was not bad either. but I enjoyed my lunch by the water, so I would come just for that.

The view is great. But that’s it. LocoMoco had too much pepper, not really edible. Coffee was watered down(how could you mess up coffee and call themselves a «café»!? I can serve better coffee at home. The worst was their dessert. They have pretty display, but what they serve you is a left over from few days ago. Tasted like a freezer burnt,

awful! Had an hour to eat breakfasts. Ordered the loco Moco and my mom ordered the French toast. 40 minutes later and my café latte getting cold and stale I asked the waiter where was our order, he said it would be 15 more minutes. The order finally came out, a small pre-frozen hamberger patty with a fried egg over vegetables. Tasted like it was a TV dinner. My moms french toast was not cooked thru, pretty gross. The restaurant was only a ¼ full so they weren’t busy. So I don’t understand whyit took so long cook this crap. I take back the star and would give this –50 stars. What a dump!

Here’s a spot with a ten star view. Staff are friendly and fairly fast. My breakfast was tasty however small for the price. I ordered black coffee sand it came with a flavor of some berries? They did fix the coffee issue. All is well.

Love this place! Location is great as it sits right on the beach. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The patio gets a good breeze and has such a beautiful view. I’ve been here a few times for coffee but never had lunch until now. The food did not disappoint! I ordered the Spicy Crab Patty and my husband ordered the Bayside Burger. Both were fantastic. They each came with seasoned french fries. My only complaint was how long it took to get our food after ordering. There weren’t many other people there so it shouldn’t have taken as long. Either way, we will definitely be back!

Great location with view and good breakfast when I went it was quiet and relaxing, staff was polite and prompt and the price is decent. The food was fresh I had french toast and my wife had the spinach and egg sandwich which she enjoyed, I would recommend trying this place out.

For starters, the location is unbeatable. Its literally right on the beach and the water is a stones throw away. It’s a great place to just chill out with some coffee or a beer while eating some pretty decent food(the fish tacos and the Reuben sandwich were flavorful and yummy although I wasn’t a fan of the seasoning on the fries). I wouldn’t order the blueberry cheesecake, something about it seemed off, like I was eating handsoap(weird). The service could be improved. Our waiter didn’t seem to be exhibiting any sort of method in waiting on the 5 – 6 parties outside. He seemed… confused… and even gave us someone else’s drinks. The food took about half an hour to come out. He never brought us the check and we had to pay at the register. Also, if you’re sitting outside, be forewarned that flies will probably start to hover around your plate. But what can you do right? Anyway, I think TuRe Café has so much potential to be THE spot, especially considering that its located in THE perfect spot. I would suggest training your waiters and developing some sort of procedure in providing service. Nonetheless, I plan to be back to watch the sunset(or sunrise) and to try the espresso drinks. Definitely worth checking out!

Currently still waiting over an hour for our food. I’m used to slow service on Guam but this is unreal. Food that has arrived for two other guest at the table has not been good. To much gravy and the burrito is the size of my palm. To be continued… Sincerely, hangry Update: Rest of the food came out and was decent at best and a little cold. Burger was way over cooked. We were comped our meal which was very nice of the establishment, after being there for a full 2 hours. Past experiences at TuRe have been okay, always slow but the view made up for it. This was on another level. Will not returning, not worth it.

This place definitely earns a star or two for its view. I went there on a Sunday, just as the menu was transitioning from breakfast to lunch & they were accommodating to offer both menu choices at the time. I ordered the banana pancakes, which were large & quite delicious. My boyfriend ordered the loco moco which was heavily sauced, but had good flavor. We also ordered a specialty iced coffee to share & I’d say skip on that. Overall, not a bad dining experience. However, one of the waitresses was walking around in open toed sandals & that was a little irking. Nonetheless, I would give it another go.

Despite the service inconsistencies(which, after living on the island for over a year, is to be expected of every establishment everywhere) this place was one of the few happy places I found. The coffee drinks are usually quite good and the food is always delicious. They also have a nice outside, lanai/porch seating area where you can sit and relax eating, and sipping on coffees, teas, italian sodas, etc enjoying life. It’s also worth noting that this place was one of 3 NON-fast food restaurants on Guam which actually figured out how to cook a french fried potato correctly and deliciously! Their pastries are also fantastic and I think they may have offered free wi-fi or complimentary with purchase wi-fi. Either way, it was a lovely and refreshing spot to stop by. The restaurant was clean and the service was oftentimes good. Though, in their defense, even when it was poor, someone at least came and apologized about it in polite professional manners.

A relaxing and beautiful setting. Pleasant staff and a nice selection of breakfast items. I would suggest getting bloody Mary’s and or Caesars on their drink menu. Would be nice to enjoy a drink like that with this view. The only thing I would recommend highly is getting rid of all the trash on the beach under their Lanai. A bit unsightly. Been twice and will be coming back.

Tried out Tu Re’ for breakfast for the first time. We ordered the blueberry pancakes and the breakfast burrito. The prices were reasonable and we ended up paying a little under $ 15 for everything. The breakfast burrito was a bit on the small side, but the pancakes(2) were huge! It was pretty packed around 10am, so we had to wait to get some menus and after we were seated, the tables still had crumbs and coffee on it. I’d eat there again and I definitely plan on trying the French toast soon.

Coming from Downtown L.A., I finally come back to the island to visit family and I’m a huge coffee drinker. So first thing I ask my cousin was where is a great café shop around here… she recommends this place… ohhhhhhhhh how I was excited to go try it especially with the view. All I can say is that I was EXTREMELY disappointed … like EXTREMELY… Way overpriced for water that was supposedly«coffee». The desserts were an extreme disappointment as well. Also, don’t expect to have clean, dried tables after it rains… the staff doesn’t really attend to the outside cleanliness in my opinion. The tables and chairs were still drenched with water after it rained. I don’t expect them to clean it up right away but come on now… hours later??? it’s still wet. The interior was pretty… and the view for the patio was pretty. That’s the only thing I think it had going for them. If you take offense to this review… then you have a personal problem. Reviews are meant to improve your business not brush it off or take it to the heart ;) First time here, hopefully if I ever do come back to give it another try… my mind will change. Hopefully.

I finally found a random reason to drop into Tu’Re Café for my late breakfast at…11AM lol. Anyway, like most normal establishments, this place already stopped serving breakfast at 10:30, but they did have like yogurt and some pastries if you really did want it. I just went for a bowl of Clam Chowder for about $ 4, and a tall hot Mocha which also ran around $ 4. So pricing pretty standard for most coffee shops. Environment: The place is going for a more upscale feel, but not quite as modern/hipster as Roasted. It actually still had a pretty comfy view, and unlike most other coffee shops, has a beautiful view of the ocean, and you can sit outside(if you really want to… but I chose not to). There is free wi-fi. and an Upstairs as well, but I did not venture up there. I will give them props for having decent free reading material. This month’s issue of Uno and GQ. Most places have nothing, or the typical Japanese free advertisement magazine. So I actually was pretty happy to have some good free reading material to browse through… and check out chicks. However, there was no newspaper circling around. that’s usually standard in most joints. Customer Service: Customer service here was actually very good. Very friendly, and just top-notch all around. So thumbs up there. Food:I only had the clam chowder, but may i just say… it was possibly THEBEST clam chowder I’ve had on island. Didn’t taste like it came out of a can, the onions, clams and potatoes were very flavorful and fresh tasting. However, I had to ask for crackers with it, the crackers sucked. 1) it was the typical crackers from a box, Oyster crackers go best with clam chowder. 2) the damn crackers were stale. BOO! but either way Clam Chowder was delicious. I saw some other stuff being brought to other people and they looked good, although one note was the Salmon on one Salmon burger looked a little dry and overcooked. Okay finally last but not least… Coffee: They use Ily coffee, I’m a fan. The mocha was very well prepared, tasted as expected. I enjoyed every sip of it. Something though tells me they went a little heavier on the chocolate syrup than usual, but hey who doesn’t love a little extra chocolate syrup in their coffee. 4 stars for me, I will definitely come back for a NORMAL lunch sometime. and of course coffee.

Another solid recommendation from fellow Unilocalers, but I’m puzzled why it hasn’t been Unilocaled yet. If I had found this little gem earlier in my stay here on Guam, I would have been a regular by now. Seriously, I would be here every morning just so I could have breakfast beach side looking over Agana Bay with my laptop and steaming cup of coffee. Sigh. Ahhhhhhh. This location is so uniquely Guam, I would take advantage of it every chance I could. But, wait there’s more… the food here is delicious! I took a peek at their Breakfast, Lunch and Happy Hour menus. Some of the standouts to me were the Pastrami Swiss Open Face sandwich and Spicy Crab Patties. I just had one of their coffee drinks while I enjoyed their free WIFI but I did see and overhear other patrons enjoy their dishes. Service was friendly and attentive and I could see that they greet their regulars warmly. They’re open for breakfast 6:30am 10:30am with some delicious looking items such as the Spinach Bacon Panini, Breakfast Burrito, and Pancakes with blueberries and cream cheese. Lunch is 10:30am — 4pm. And they have a happy hour from 4pm — 8pm on weekdays only. The Happy Hour menu has a drunken carne asada with steamed rice that looks and sounds delicious. TuRe’ I’ll definitely be seeing you again!
