I can only assume Café Face takes it’s name from the ski run, and it would seem appropriate to me if so, it is one for the hardcore. In my time in Val D’Isère this was the only bar I found which was always full of people and had a perpetual party atmosphere. Beer prices are on a sliding scale getting gradually more expensive as the day goes on, but before 21:00 it is as cheap as anywhere if not cheaper. I went in several times over a few evenings. Some of the things you are likely to encounter are: dancing on the tables, live DJ, bar staff running around the bar dispensing a mystery drink from a huge bottle directly into your mouth(for free), live saxophonist, live singer and probably much more. These things aren’t reserved for the late night revellers, if you walk in at 16:00 the place will be packed and something will probably be going on. If you came to Val D’Isère to party then come to Café Face!
