Shuttle Inter

Je suis très impressionnée par Shuttle Inter. Ils m’ont répondu par email rapidement et ont été facile à rejoindre. Ils sont arrivés tot car les taxis bloquaient les routes allant à l’aéroport (où on allait). Merci!
I am very impressed with Shuttle Inter. They responded to me quickly by email and were easy to get ahold of (my mom’s flight was delayed so I contacted them several times). They arrived early to pick my mom up from our place because the taxis were blocking the roads to the airport. She made it on time! Merci!

Shuttle Inter was waiting for us when we arrived at CDG in a large van with plenty of room for us and our luggage. It was quite comfortable driving into Paris, and the driver was a safe one. Then on our return, their driver picked us up right on time at our hotel and drove us to the airport, again in a large, comfortable van. We breezed right over to the terminal. I heartily recommend this service.

They were on time, easy to book, and were reasonable in price. Will utilize them again next time I’m in paris.

We used this service from amd to Orly Airport and on a day trip to Versailles. They were on time, polite and drove clean mini-​vans. Although taxis are plentiful at the airport, the comfort of having someone at the gate to take us to our transportation was worth it. And thir airport fare was no worse than a taxi, especially since we were tied up in traffic Sunday night and they charge a fixed price.

Perfect service. Picked up my whole family in a large van, 4 adults, a toddler and an infant. I didn’t ask for one, but they brought a booster seat for the toddler. The driver was courteous, and best of all patient. We were very late getting to him after the plane arrived as my wife had to nurse our baby, everyone had to use bathrooms and get diaper changes, food, etc. But by the time we exited, there he was with a sign for us! Couldn’t have been easier. And he showed up a few minutes early for the return to CDG, no pressure, no rush, it was just great. I do wish he wasn’t fiddling with his cellphone and even a clipboard and pen when driving, but its rare to find a driver who isn’t doing that kind of thing these days. Its the (occasionally) distracted driving that drops the review to 4 stars.

I was picked up as planned by this shuttle, which was fine.
The problem I had with this service is that they 1) made me pay cash but then 2) refused to give me a receipt, claiming that they would email it to me. Then, when I emailed them to ask for the receipt, they said their scanner wasn’t working. When I said I *really needed* one anyhow, they simply stopped responding to my emails.
This isn’t a very professional group; I will avoid them going forward.

I gave them the wrong address (33 instead of 30), and they calmly figured it out and got us on our way. I said we had lots of baggage, so they sent a mini van.
Our driver was calm and sane, and this is someone who drives in Paris for a living!
Uneventful trip, nice chat (he told us where to get a sports shirt as a gift), and good value

We used Shuttle-​Intel for service from CDG airport and back to one week later. The cost was 65 Euro for 4 of us and all of our bags. I would book them again, especially since you do not have to pay in advance. If they don’t show (which I had heard was common with Paris shuttle services) you are not out the money. Our shuttle driver got lost on the way to our hotel and didn’t turn on his GPS to find the place until I suggested that he do so. Also, the driver was about 15 minutes late on our way back to the airport which caused me some unnecessary anxiety. The four stars are for those reasons. It wasn’t perfect but it worked fine for us!

Great experience with shuttle inter. We booked them online for the our flight into Paris. Our bags were severely delayed — 2+ hours. The driver waited and we were able to reach them by phone and email even though it was 11pm. Our travel plans home changed and I emailed them directly the day before we needed to get to the airport and they were able to arrange something for the next morning at 6am. Really easy again to get ahold of via email. Oh, and it was a holiday — Bastille Day — when I was doing this emailing.
They made things really easy — I would use them again!

Our pickup upon our arrival to Paris was fine. The driver was helpful and friendly and the cost was comparable to other services at 55 euro. So I decided to use them for our trip back to the airport and booked them 3 days prior to our departure. I received an email like before to confirm the flight info I’d sent them and I did so. The morning of our departure, no driver. I called their supposed ‘hotline’ number and there was no answer. I left several messages, but got no call back. We ended up getting a cab to the airport and I must say I was more pleased with the cab service and the price was a few euro cheaper. From now on if and when I visit Paris, I will use a cab from the airport.

Souvent j’ai besoin d’un chauffeur qui parle parfaitement anglais et qui, bien sûr, soit très agréable avec les personnes qui arrivent à Paris. La solution la meilleure que j’ai trouvé à ce jour c’est Shuttle Inter. Mon contact là-​bas c’est Shan. Il est sérieux, ponctuel et super réactif.
