Omega

I visited Omega on Rue Saint-​Honoré in May 2014 to purchase a watch for my fiancé. The sales associates were great! Most importantly, coming from the United States I wanted to be sure to get the VAT refund, as well, and the associate walked us through exactly what to do at the airport. When months went by and I didnt receive the refund, I contacted this Omega store. Not only were they very responsive and helpful in reaching out to the agency, but they continued to follow up with me until I confirmed receipt of the refund! The employees really went above and beyond! There are plenty of great watch companies out there, but service like this is hard to beat. I look forward to my next Omega purchase!
