La Baguette de Mozart

The chocolates you see from the outside do not begin to give a hint of the amazing assortment inside. Best of all: They speak English! I stumbled into this place around 7am on a weekday and they were very kind and helpful in finding something to eat. The cheesecake is very airy, fluffy, and not dense like American cheesecake. The chicken and vegetable pot pie with cheese was delicious, even though I have to admit I’m still not quite sure what was in it. The croissants are Paris perfect, and the baguette with chicken made an outstanding meal later. Any place you can find in Paris that willingly speaks English is a good thing, but a place with great food and kind service to boot puts it over the top for me :)
