Wonderful hotel in the Latin Quarter, located right next to the Luxembourg gardens, and only a block away from an RER station with direct service to both Gare du Nord and Charles de Gaulle airport. Walking distance to the Pantheon, Sorbonne, Cluny Museum, Luxembourg Gardens, and Notre Dame. The rooms are small, but adequate. We were extremely comfortable in our room. Comfortable bed, and a good shower. There is also an Elevator(which is extremely small and can only fit 2 people or 1 person with luggage). Very safe neighborhood, a few tourists, but lots of locals. Being so close to the University there were lots of young people around. A number of great bistros within walking distance too. The internet access was the only downside IMO. It was slow, and every 24 hours you had to sign back up to use it. On my cell phone I had to sign-up every single time I wanted to do anything. Would definitely stay here again!

5 night stay for 751 euros. Not too shabby. It’s located near a college, and jardin du luxembourg. Not too many tourists. The best part is that it’s very close to Latin Quarter and there is a subway station literally 10 – 15 steps away. I felt a lot safer going back home after a night of drinking with the wifey. Great service and the hotel is clean. We had a room on the third floor that overlooked the main street high above. We slept with the window open. Romantic and very Parisian. One weird thing. Not sure if this is a French thing, but there was no shower curtain in their bathroom. When we showered the water went everywhere. Housekeeping cleaned it up everyday and she never did put a shower curtain up. Go figure. Recommended.

Small, quaint, charming, inexpensive, beautifully decorated, all the amenities you find in a large hotel in the heart of the Latin Quarter within walking distance to all the best, most interesting places on the left and right banks! Best of all, it’s a 5-minute walk to Au Bön Couscous, the best couscous restaurant in the Latin Quarter. You MUST eat there on your next trip to Paris(and it’s cheap!).
