This hotel was a fine experience. The lobby area was very nicely decorated. The hotel room was immaculate, bathroom even more so. Service was great. Pricing for the hotel was $$$$ but was expected of course. The only downsides to this hotel were: the elevator, wifi and some racist comments made. The elevator this hotel was generally small(as expected of course) but that wasn’t the problem I had faced, it was the waiting time for the elevator. When the elevator would come down/up for you, you would get in and select a floor but wait for days for the elevator to get you to the floor you had wanted. Due to the wait time on the elevator, I had to take the heaviest bag up to the fourth floor. Not appealing if you have heavy bags but if you have some lightweight baggage, I’d suggest you use the stairs for them. Wifi was a horrible experience here. Connect downstairs and stay downstairs just to use the wifi. The wifi can connect in your room but will take ages to be actually used. I had happened to be in the lobby with my earphones in and my playlist had finished. I wasn’t bothered with them in so I just left them there. There was a hotel employee who had come from I believe upstairs and went towards the employee working the front desk. They had small talk before speaking in gibberish imitating the Chinese language. They both proceeded to laugh on end about it and we’re talking more and more about the people who were staying at their hotel. This hotel will cater to everyone but talking behind people’s backs is not something I’d come back for in this hotel. If you are white you’re okay. If you aren’t white, expect some shit talking. This hotel’s rating would have been a 5⁄5 rating but those three cons really just stuck with me to the end of my duration. The hotel was generally fine but if you can overlook those three cons, it might be a great experience for you and your family.
