Hôtel Bradford Elysées

Really enjoyed staying here.
VERY CLEAN, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, at night they have a little courtesy spread of assorted treats and coffees /​teas they put out and breakfast is included in the price of the room. I love the hotels location easy to get around and not a congested area. The lift is very «old world charm» I really thought it was cute. The building is very pretty to just be in and take time to sit and enjoy the scenery of the inside. The room I chose had a full bath im not certain that all the rooms had them. It may be a little «pricy» but it makes up for it in the little things and the competency of the staff verses going to some «low cost, no frills» hotel/​motel. I really enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful time in Paris. :-)

The Hotel Bradford is a fantastically cozy hotel just of off the Champs d’Elysee: friendly and helpful front desk people, courteous and conscientious house staff, and very comfortable rooms. A great jumping off point for a visit to Paris. Each room has a lightly stocked free mini-​bar with juice, water and other basic refreshments, which were greatly appreciated after an afternoon of touring the city. The honor bar opens at 5:00 and has a decent selection of liquor and beer, while the breakfast is nicely stocked with pastries, juices, cereal, and hot items like eggs and bacon (sadly, I only got up in time for breakfast once). Definitely recommended.

My family and I reserved two rooms at the same time, one to have a large bed and one to have two beds. When we arrived, they assigned us one room on the fourth floor which is nice, and one on the sixth floor. The sixth floor is not a full floor, so the elevator does not go there and the ceilings are slanted. The bathroom is raised so even a medium-​tall person can easily bump his/​her head. The room was dark, smelled, and had stains on the carpet.
The hotel agreed that we could move rooms after one night to be closer to each other and in a better room, so we packed up everything from the sixth floor and moved it to the other room for the day. When we came back before dinner, the new staff had no idea what was going on and said there was no other room with two beds. After moving once, they finally allowed us to move to the third floor but it did not have two beds so we had to move another time for when the fourth person joins our party, making it 3 times in a 4 night stay.
On top of all of this, the staff did not apologize and made us feel like we would be inconveniencing other guests if they moved us together the first night. We agree not to move the first night if we could move the next night. They made us feel that way again because they did not have the first room cleaned for other guests even though we moved everything out in the morning.
The walls are thin and you can hear TVs in other rooms as well.
Up sides: location is nice, the breakfast was good, and most rooms had updated bathrooms.

Not really a four star hotel, there is a lack of staff during evenings and vertical transportation is poor. there is just one outdated elevator. however, location in a calm side street is not too bad.
