Easily the best meal I had during our stay in Paris. Pre-meal veggies are to die for and server was very fluent in English. Ordered a pizza and pesto linguini which were phenomenal. Finished of with a tiramisu which was incredibly rich. Overall, this place has a fantastic location(right by the Eiffel Tower) and very reasonable prices for amazing Italian food.

After nearly starving to death on bland bland bland French food for a week, we found this Mecca to deliciousness and great service! Filled with locals we’ve been here twice in two nights and wish we found this place a week ago — DELICIOUS!!!

This is such a GREAT change of pace in Paris! Gusto is moments from the Eiffel Tower, in a bustling neighborhood, and with vivacious, charming, friendly owner buzzing around making all feel welcome. The selections for meals seemed right on the mark, the salads being our particular favorite. The buzz and joy of the place was a reminder of why Italy is such a great place to go. The owner is from Milano, and proud of it. Engage him in conversation for a special treat.

Our best meal in Paris! Owner was very welcoming. Service was attentive. Linguini with clams was wonderful. Great Italian wines and free appetizer as well. My wife’s pastas in three styles was delicious. We were too full for dessert but the decalf cappuccino hit the spot. Highly recommended.

This hidden gem located near the Eiffel Tower was amazing!!! The servers are so helpful and sweet we were very surprised as it was our first day in Paris. The food was exquisite, I had the Salad Mixta which was comprised of roquette, fresh mozzarella, and tomatoes. My parents shared the Primavera pizza which was out of this world and we recieved a free Tiramisu which of PHENOMENAL from one of the servers of which I think was the owner. You must come here if you are in Paris, it has excellent reviews on Trip advisor as well.

Pizzas sans goût. Nero d’avola médiocre. Il paraît que la nourriture traiteur est bonne… Mais je né paierai pas une vingtaine d’euros pour aller vérifier !

The service is great, price is decent and the food is good. Mostly, the man I’m assuming is the owner is very honest about his own food, and funny. If you can’t decide, let him choose dinner for you. If you don’t like it, he won’t charge you.

Loved this little gem near the Eiffel Tower. Our waiter was great. Italian. And the food matched the great service. We had the meatballs with penne arrabiata and a simple Margherita pizza. Both were very good but the special spicy oil made the pizza sizzle. Good stuff. Also had Pannacotta and a Cappuccino. Both were excellent. Great service, good food, quaint setting and speaking some French, English and Italian made for a good evening.

WOW! Excellent little Italian restaurant near our hotel and Eiffel tower. Food and service are out of this world! Highly recommend pizza and ravioli. Make sure to grab dessert too! We ordered tiramisu and were blown away! Unilocal recommendations were dead on!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Great little restaurant. Went with my wife and two teenage kids. Pizza, cheese ravioli, lasagna, shrimp risotto. All awesome. The staff was so friendly. Our waitperson was extremely accommodating. We don’t speak French but it was no problem here at all. I don’t normally review restaurants, but for this place I have to take the time to say you should give it a try.

Very kid-friendly although not a lot of space so you have to get lucky to find a table big enough. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Location made you feel like you weren’t in a super touristy location. Food was great, they even made a specific order request per my children. I would definitely recommend this place to a family who isn’t looking to spend a ton of money.

Great food on their menu. Their pesto linguine an linguine bolognaise is delicious with a little bit of chili sauce that gives it a little kick of flavor. I would say getting a half pichet of their red wine with your pasta would be plenty for lung or dinner. All their pizzas are thin crust and has good crunch to it. I like my pizzas with cheese and salami. Remember that all of your tips are included. One thing I would advise is if they provided you with excellent service to always round up on your bill and leave them a couple more euros.

My wife and I came to Paris for 3 nights, and we’ve tried food all over the place from expensive champs-élysées to absolute local restaurants. This was our favourite place to eat! We had dinner here our first night, and had to come back again on our last night. The ravioli is to die for. The complimentary olive oil(spicy!) are amazing. The pizza will definitely be having you come back again. The restaurant is full of locals and the staff is very helpful.

Great prices. Huge huge portions. Free appetizer plate. Friendly service. English menu available. I came here by just checking out the restaurant from the outside. It looked like a quaint italian place with a cozy atmosphere. The menu looked decent so we decided to give it a try. What a gem we found!!! First of all. Free wifi is awesome when your travelling. So bonus star! Next english menus with english speaking waiters. No language barrier here. The waiter took our order then quickly gave us an appetizer plate with a tasting of pickled or sauteed veggies n breads. A nice touch for sure. It was a healthy portion too and we could not finish it. I ordered the caprese salad and margherita pizza. To my surprise they were huge and were big enough for a family to share. For less than ten euros a dish it was fantastic. The best bargain ive had in paris thats for sure. Its not a tourist trap. You think it would be on a corner of a main street right inbetween invalides and the eiffel tower. Let me assure you that its not. Its really a gem. Great italian food in the heart of paris. The pizza had a thin crispy crust with just enough cheese and sauce to make it perfect. It was pretty similar to the pizza in rome. The ingredients were fresh and tasted perfect. The salad had lots of fresh tomatoes and tons of mozzarella that was mild and creamy at the same time. I could barely finish my salad. It was light and filling at the same time. It was very difficult to finish our meal. And I really wanted to try dessert but I just could not fit another bite of food in my stomach. So we opted to walk it off. If you are in the area this place is awesome. Try it. There were lots of locals coming in and out. So you know it was popular. If im in the area I will make my way here again bc there was literally no issues. Fabulous food at fabulous prices!!!

This gem is right around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and surprisingly it is not a tourist trap. The italian food is authentic and extremely delicious. The service is fantastic, the décor is ultra charming, the portion size great, and the prices are super reasonable. I’ve walked by this place a million times on my way to the Eiffel Tower and the entire street always smells so delicious but the place is always packed and I always thought it was gonna be expensive. Tonight, after an unsuccessful attempt to go to another restaurant we ended up here. Pastas and Pizzas are as low as 9EUR and they have salads and meats as well. We ordered a regina pizza(jambon blanc, mushrooms) for 12EUR and a penne arriabata for 10EUR. The thing crust pizza had the best most amazing crust i’ve ever had and their pizza sauce was delish. The penne arriabata looked a little plain when it first arrived as it was just pasta in red sauce with half a grape tomato for décor, but the taste was sooo good. I wasn’t that hungry to begin with but after eating one bite, i just kept going. And when i finally could not finish, my bf who just ate the huge pizza on his own ate the rest of mine, thats how good the food was. Careful, cuz the penne is super spicy. Then for dessert, our server who is really friendly suggested a tiramisu plate. FOUR flavours of half tiramisu slices for 12EUR(6EUR usually for one tiramisu). The half slices are huge(see picture). There was original, chocolate, graham cinnamon, and berry. They also take ticket restaurant, as many as you want to use. I can’t wait to come back.

I live near here and this is my default pizza place. What’s not to like? The pizzas are excellent, the owner is a jolly, friendly guy, my dog is allowed in, and the wine is good at the low end, and great at the top. There are two separate eating places, but one kitchen, so the tiny rooms are an asset. It’s pizza, you don’t expect flamingo liver on a bed of dodo eggs, and as what it is, it is one of the best in this part of Paris.

I can pretty much concur with my fellow French Unilocaler in saying that this part of Paris has plenty of Italian places, but this place is in my opinion a little better. Note that there are two restaurants(same name, same owner, same menu) across the street from one another. The one on the north side of the street(a bit larger than the other) is the one with a toilet, so if you are in the other restaurant and need to twinkle or wash your hands, you will be traversing the street(and really not a big deal). We went here on a cold Friday night in March. The place was packed. We got a lasagna bolognese, a specialty pizza, and a ¼ pitcher of the house white wine. The people next to us had spinach /ricotta cannelloni, which also looked great. So, when the food arrived, in all honesty, it was probably 3 stars. The pizza was not piping hot and a bit burnt on all edges. The lasagna was good, but too cheesy(if you can imagine plenty of cheese, and then more piled on again). But the waiter was very nice(not pretentious or condescending or rude) and then we surprised to see a nice guitarist pick up his acoustic guitar and play /sing several songs for the customers. It was not hokey and was actually quite a nice way to end the evening.
