Villa Victoria

Was frankly disappointed with this hotel. The rooms need updating. The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was covered with some kind of crackly plastic. We could hear people walking back and forth above us half the night.
It was a good location half way between the train station and the beach and it is old so the ceilings are high and the air conditioning is ok. Nice window to the courtyard. I would not stay there again.
I forgot to add that their towels are old and a dingy tan color so who knows whether they are clean or not? And they have a cat which lives in their courtyard and it has fleas. I am very allergic to flea bites and after sitting in the courtyard, I ended up with several flea bites. At least I hope they are flea bites and not something worse which may have something to do with the plastic covered mattresses.

J’aime beaucoup cet hôtel, cour intérieure avec bougainvilliers, terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Adresse à retenir !

Havre de paix
Un hôtel très sympa en centre ville, à 2 pas de la promenade des anglais, et un jardin où il fait bon prendre son petit déjeuner. Un havre de paix à Nice (opter pour les chambres côté jardin)

Villégiature de Reine
Autrefois Bleu Marine, cet hôtel vient de passer au vert pour prendre le nom majestueux de Villa Victoria. Et, comme la bien-​nommée reine, cet établissement a beaucoup de prestance et porte une bien belle élégance. 38 chambres seulement mais aménagées dans le plus exquis raffinement. Un jardin immense, derrière l’hôtel, pour prendre un breakfast au calme, entouré de massifs fleuris aux senteurs provençales. A n’en pas douter, nous sommes dans un hôtel de charme, un charme qui nous sourit dès notre arrivée à la réception. :-) In the heart of Nice, a warm and elegant hotel with a superb botanical garden.
