We were on vacation in France and rented a car in Paris to drive to some of the out lying cities. The rental car started smoking and we pulled over on the side of the freeway. The car rental company hotline was not helpful at all. William from Depann 2000 found us on the A3, and was able to call dispatch at the car rental company. Although we can’t speak much French and William did not speak English, he did all he could to help us. He even called a taxi to come get us. He used a translate app to explain what our next steps were. What great customer service! It made it as good as it could be after our rental almost started on fire on a busy freeway.
