For our trip to Paris, France, the beau and I tried to avoid nasty hostels or any hotels centered in the red-light district but still remain within our restricted budget. Parc Even is a small hotel located in the Malakoff district of Paris. You have to take the Metro and walk a few minutes to get there, but it’s a residential area so it’s nice & quiet, compared to the bustling tourist-filled streets of Paris. The room we stayed in was 95% bed, where the rest of the room was just a walkway framed around the bed. There’s a bathroom inside the room, and it was nice& clean, both toilet and shower. For the price of € 60 per night, I highly recommend Hotel Parc Even for any tourist! It was nice to see the quieter part of Paris. Also, there’s a complimentary breakfast comprising of meats, cheeses, croissants&baguettes, cereals, and other goodies :)
