We had a lovely meal here. It’s a smaller restaurant on the square but don’t let that put you off. The food is quite good. We had the prix fixe menu at lunch: Goats cheese toasts with honey on salad: the tastiest version we had in Bordeaux. Nicely grilled and golden! Steak frites: this can go horribly wrong but it went terribly right here. Yummy! The frites weren’t quite frites but potato slices with their skins cooked in duck fat. Soft, tender and perfect with the sprinkling of sea salt!
