This is undergroud !!! But also suitable for children. It is worth it to walk here on a hot summer day from the kalasatama metro-​station. Just head to your right when stepping out of the metro-​station. If you see houses and roads being build, and some graffiti, your on the right road. Walk 2 km and heaven will open :)
Ihana Kahvila is a container café located in Kalasatama. It also operates as a small shop. In the same area you will find 800 meter long Graffiti fence, an Urban Vegetable Garden, a basketball court, environmental art, skateboard spots as well as a walking trail and more. There’s some toyes and a sandbox for children.
They also have a toilet :)
The Kalasatama wasteland area is undergoing a major development process. It is estimated that there will be a residential area for 17.000 people by 2035 as well as offering workplaces for as many as 10.000 people. (from; net)
