Tuchman Cleaners

I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received from this Tuchman Cleaners. While the employees are very nice, I’ve had three instances where there have been issues with the service I’ve received.
1. They lost my order and didn’t know what happened to it. They eventually called me to say someone else picked it up– but still…
2. I received someone else’s order and didn’t realize it until I got home. I had to drive back to the store to return it– but then I kept thinking how I need to keep better track of what I’m dropping off– since they don’t seem to know what is going on.
3. The comforter that I dropped off for a $ 26 cleaning was returned to me even more dingy than I left it! The bag was left open on the bottom so the comforter was dragging on the ground. It was covered in dirt and dust from the store. I had one employee come out to look at it as I loaded it into my car, and all she did was try to dust it off and tell me that she’d notify her manager. *I’ll upload photos for you all to judge for yourself.
Not the best service or customer service I’ve ever received. I’m going to start using a new dry-​cleaner downtown Zionsville (even though it is more out of my way). Dry cleaning is expensive, so I expect my items to be returned to me better than I left them!
