Nice place to relax with coffee and a sandwich or pastry.

We stayed overnight in Kenosha on the way back to St. Louis & our coffee choices seemed a little slim. I’m so glad I looked for coffee along our route home. I got a quad iced Americano & my boyfriend got a caramel iced latte. Quick, friendly service and the drinks are spot on. I thought we’d just be getting coffee to hold us over til we hit Chicago but I’m happy to say we found a gem! Keep up the good work

Before moving to Zion, I lived in northwest Chicago. So I have enough city in me to know when a coffee shop is worth the time, but suburban enough to not have had many options in my neighborhood that weren’t a chain. When we came up to Zion, my inner coffee junkie freaked out a little. No chains? Will I be confined to convenience store coffee? Queue It’s All Good. My first visit was while walking the neighborhood with my two year old. Even though she was slightly unpleasant(she’s two!) the staff was still super friendly. Took the time to talk about living in the area, made suggestions on items, and the drink was delicious. The second time i went in with my mom to meet someone. I had tea. Nothing I expected to be very fancy. I’m used to ordering tea and getting a tea bag in a cup. We sat outside, which is a very pleasant area, and a few minutes later was presented with a teapot with an infuser built in, and a tea cup. Now I know I’m at a place that pays more attention to quality and detail. My most recent, and most interesting visit, I came in to ask for help with the GisHWheS scavenger hunt. Basically this requires asking for, and doing, some crazy and out of the ordinary things. I stopped in to ask a favor, and the staff was very accommodating, even though they were very busy. While sitting at a table and waiting, I was pretty impressed with how the design of the place makes it never feel very crowded, even when it is busy. Tables are set into cozy but spacious rooms, plus the outdoor area, and it creates a place where you can get absorbed in your coffee and whatever you are doing alone, or sit with a group of friends comfortably and enjoy each other’s company. My iced vanilla latte was also extremely good. I know this is very long, and probably paints me as a bit crazy, but that’s OK. My point is, this place is awesome, for all the right reasons(staff, ambience, and menu) and worth the visit, regardless of if you are just looking to grab a cup and go, or if you need a place to relax and socialize. :)

Came here twice in a row on Saturday & Sunday morning. Five stars for existing(in a town with very little in the way of great restaurants), INCREDIBLE outdoor space, and a neat aesthetic/building. The breakfast food was also great and reasonably priced! Again, if they didn’t merit five stars already, they have gluten free options(thank you!) and they cook their sandwich eggs to order. On the downside: the coffee & espresso was not superb. Espresso drinks really need some work. I got the worst latte I’ve had in a long time on Saturday — so much foam it was a cappucino rather than a latte, but dry foam, not good microfoam :) I had to spoon it off onto a plate to be able to sip the beverage. But hey, they caffeinated me, and I wasn’t about to return it, because, yay caffeine in the morning. I’m sure the barista was new; competency & barista skills can take months to develop and years to perfect, so, just hope they’re steady workin on it. Anyway, fantastic place, I’d come back in a heartbeat, and five stars all day long.

Very lovely place :) great for catching up with friends or family if you want to escape the chain coffee places. Everything is at a reasonable price for what they offer, there’s also other items to purchase from, they have regular drinks you can find at coffee shops, just depending on your mood of course. I enjoyed my time here, a good two hours, will come back again.

Love this coffee and now sandwich shop. Great place to relax on a spring or summer day on their outside patio. It would be better with more comfortable chairs but the friendly staff and owners make up for that. Enjoy!

I have been a regular customer of It’s All Good since moving to the area. As someone who was used to Starbucks I wanted to find a good coffee shop. Little did I know that this find would make me realize how«chain» Starbucks really is. It’s All Good is homey, comfortable, attractive and, best of all, really good. Friendly and talented staff. Four different types of regular coffee available daily. A vast array of individually made coffees, teas and cold drinks. On site freshly made muffins, pies, breakfasts and deli sandwiches. During summer festivals in Zion they put up grills outdoors. Outdoor seating is available when weather permits. I could go on and on. On most weekend mornings you will find many bicyclists relaxing after a ride. Beginning in June they will open a new drive-thru window. Try it, you will definitely be impressed.

What a great place to relax and enjoy some good food and coffee. My husband and I enjoyed the food but thought the price was a little high for a sandwich.

Just want to add to the reviews by saying this place was a perfect match for the day I was having. After walking the beach at the state park with a new friend, we came here(thanks to Unilocal) and enjoyed good service, tasty sandwiches and fine coffee. The ambience was comfortable and pleasant. I was not at all familiar with the area and it appeared most of the businesses were struggling package liquor store type joints. Happy to find a café for visiting with a friend

This place is cute and cozy. Last time I was here with my fiancé for lunch since it’s super close to his workplace. He loves the chicken salad there though I still think the way I make it is better lol. Defiantly, coming back just been a while. Some people are friendly here and sometimes people are weird. But then I guess you can weird people anywhere you go lol

What a GREAT place. .. Wonderful atmosphere, with multiple rooms and outdoor seating. No matter where you choose to sit, you will feel like you are in a nice private place. Of course the coffee is wonderful. .. Highlander Grog is great, with a hint of butterscotch and spice. I had the Reuben Panini and it was awesome. . and the price was GREAT. I know that one of the reviewers complained about the cost. .. not sure where she got that from — I would HIGHLY recommend this place, for a quick coffee, lunch, bakery, or just a fun time with friends. They also sell bulk coffee — I picked up a bag of the Highlander Grog — and they happily ground it for me — Such great service. Good food. .. good prices. .. . great staff. .. what more can you say.

We were staying down the street at the Illinois Beach Resort and needed some decent coffee. Unilocal and Google Maps pointed us here, thank goodness. We’d all calibrated our expectations to low, but were surprisingly pleased. My Americano was perfect — honestly one of the best I’ve had. The selection of daily coffee included some fun sounding flavored options(blueberry cinnamon and vanilla hazelnut) alongside the standard roasts. Service was wonderful. Both baristas behind the counter seemed to be enjoying their work and having a good time. They greeted people warmly and were helpful, including taking a phone call to set aside a specific muffin for someone coming in later. Try that at Starbucks. :) Overall, great experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
