I rarely give 5 stars but this company IS Good and I’d hate to ruin their perfect record they have going: o)
The only reason i’d maybe give them 4.5 instead of 5 is the small number of restaurants to chose from… but then again, the location doesn’t have a ton of options either…
I was very pleased with the personal touch. The website is simple and fairly straight forward, ahtough not as «snazzy» as Grub-​Hub… I just wanted to use the phone though so I called and left a message… what really impressed me was the lady who called me back. Very nice person and very professional.
I actually went ahead and placed the order online… I did also have some issues with the credit card interface but other than that, it was a good experience and the person who dropped off the food was very nice too.
Overall I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends. And, i’m just THRILLED someone is delivering foo here! Having just moved to Tahoe from Miami, I’m still adjusting :)

This place is awesome! I called in to order food from Sushi Pier and my card was acting up. The girl was soo nice about it and made sure to run it on several devices just to be sure, even apologized about it. We finally got it figured out and my sushi was here in record time! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from both of them and I highly recommend this place, thank you guys!

Oh these wonderful people! The site was acting up for me so I contacted the delivery service by phone and was promptly called back by the most delightful woman Teresa. They don’t make customer service skills any better– I will continue to place food/​grocery deliveries through this company based off our conversation alone. They know the menus, texted me to give updates on the time my food would be ready and when it would arrive. Willing to expand their menu based off customer feedback of restruants we want to have delivered in the area. A gratuity is added for the drivers– and there is a fee but considering the delivery options in this town; I don’t mind paying a little extra for good service and good food. The delivery man was precious and even made sure to put my desert with ice cream on top so it wouldn’t melt with the hot food. Food is in excellent condition and I am ready to eat a feast! Gotta give this company a try! Amazeing.

Excellent service.
Terese and Raoul were very accommodating. They went beyond our expectations and worked very hard on my good friend’s bachelor weekend. We had her take care of a majority of our meals, all our groceries, and 8 guys never went close to hungry. If you’d like to plan a trip in South Tahoe and not worry about meals, this is worth it! One of my favorite things was our food delivery came with Raoul’s awesome Irish accent! I wanted to ask him to hangout and with and have a beer with us! A very nice family run business. Check them out!

I love these guys. We order at least once a week. The website is super easy to naviagate and they are always on time and super kind when getting to my house. I also love that the food always shows up how i order it. I have allergies to some foods and everytime ive put that in my order its been awesome. They have a great selection and after working in the public all week sometimes i just rather order in food. The prices are a little bit higher then actually ordering at the resturant but not a lot, if you factor in the gas and time it takes to get there. Can’t wait until they partner with a mexican resturant! Dont hesitate to order from them, youll love it.

I’ve ordered Samurai Sushi numerous times and have been impressed by the quality and the freshness of the order upon arrival. Just like dining in at the sushi bar. I’ve also ordered Snow Flake and Yama Noodles. Food always comes fresh, well packed and super timely. Customer service is top notch. All you do is go to their website, create a user account, select menu items, denote any special requests and place the order. So easy, affordable and food is always delivered quick and fresh. 5 star review!

These guys are amazing! Tahoe doesn’t have many places that deliver, it’s mainly pizza places. I had a ski accident and am on crutches so I can’t drive or stand in the kitchen to make a meal for myself. I’ve ordered through Tahoe Restaurant Delivery several times from different restaurants and I have been very pleased each time. After my surgery I couldn’t leave bed and ordered food which they delivered to my bedroom. The drivers are courteous and I love the detailed email status updates. Last time I ordered, I received an email from the owner the next day asking if everything had been alright since they had been super busy the night before. I didn’t even notice… my food was hot and I got it after 45 minutes. The ordering process is super simple and you don’t even need cash to tip the driver (you simply add a tip when you check out, I love that!). I can only recommend these guys and wish them all the best for their genius business idea!

Great service! I’m sitting here watching the Olympics on a Sunday wondering what to eat for dinner… They brought us sushi from a great restaurant in town and made our night! I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy your favorite restaurants, in your living room!
