I am extremely impressive with my experience at Ashley’s(Houston’s) Furniture. Tiffany Houston and her fiancé were top-notch, knowledgable, and dependable. We bought a new sectional leather couch, dining table, and king sized mattress. Their staff was courteous and what I call Nordstrom customer service. The furniture was delivered before the expected date. Communication throughout the process was excellent. We were called when furniture arrived at the store, when delivery was scheduled and when furniture was within 30 minutes of delivery. I would not hesitate to do all your furniture business with Houston’s. You cannot go wrong.

Went in a a couple weeks ago, and am Finally getting around to writing this review, cause they were awesome! Super nice, helped out and answered all my questions, and I’m writing this review sitting on my new Jessa place couch, biggest and most comfortable couch I’ve ever owned, thanks again!

I went in last weekend shopping around for a Bedroom Set and Dining Room Set. The customer service at the store was beyond phenomenal. The gentlemen helping us were more than courteous. However, my problem lies with the delivery service. The store called me yesterday to schedule a delivery for today, Saturday. I was given two options; the morning from 10am to 1pm or afternoon from 2pm to 5pm. At 11:30 the store called me and to informed me that«the delivery is running a little late.» I thanked them for their notice and continued to wait. «A little late,» in my opinion, is anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. It is now 2:40 and I have just called the store inquiring about my delivery. It turns out, the driver said, «according to the mapping» I will be delivered to last and they are quite a bit behind. If I was given a proper warning to the lack of timely delivery, I wouldn’t have made plans to see my fellow Marine Veterans in San Diego today. Houston’s Yuma Furniture’s Delivery Service is subpar to say the least. Their in-store customer service is superb. I would hope that Houston’s will correct their Delivery Service or not give time frames to their customers if they were not able to make the time. Worst yet, I paid for delivery service, which, at the time, I didn’t mind because my fiancé and I were treated great. Edit: I would have given 5 stars if not for the delivery shenanigans. Edit #2: Although, up until yesterday, I forgot about this review after 8 months, I was sent a response by Sara from Houston’s Yuma Furniture. She gave me contact information and asked me to call her. Upon calling her, she refunded my delivery fee. Amazing! I have been to their furniture store several times since the delivery of my bedroom and dining room sets, and as usual, the customer service within the store is excellent. I am beyond happy they refunded my delivery fee from 8 months ago, and that Houston’s is actually using Unilocal!to better their business. Excellent job and Thank You!!!
