FlatSafe was easy to work with, from the initial phone call through installation day. When we asked, they quickly referred us to another customer in town so we were able to see a shelter that had already been installed. Obtaining a permit from the city of Enid, OK was quick and easy as well.
FlatSafe’s pricing is competitive and the shelter itself comes with a great warranty. Time will tell if the shelter holds up to the elements, but since it is in our garage it will be mostly protected from wind, rain, etc. On install day, they showed up on time and talked to us about the best place to install a shelter in the garage. From the time they arrived to when they left, it took only three short hours. Everything was cleaned up and back to normal before they were gone. The installers explained how to operate the shelter and provided written instructions.

We purchased a 6 – 8 person in ground– in garage shelter. We had shopped around some and know we got a descent price. It was comparable to others in area. They gave us all the needed info so we could get our permit, reminded us to call okie dig and get our inspection. They showed up on time and did a remarkable job. It only took 4 hours total to do the job. We were very impressed on their professionalism and quality of work. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
