This location is absolutely horrendous. Customer service is severely lacking.
My rental got a flat tire, so I called for assistance. They told me to drive to them. I was about 15 – 20 miles away from the place.
«You gotta drive here if you want a repair.»
What? I called the location where I will be returning my vehicle for further assistance and advice. At least they referred me to the roadside assistance number (which wasn’t much help itself, since it sent me in circles).
So we tried to get the trailer somewhere. But no. It broke down even more. Thanks a lot.
Excuse my language, but shitty customer service and dumb advice isn’t going to get this place anywhere if it wants to retain its business.

Don’t be surprised if you reserve a truck, they confirm they have the truck and when you show up they DON’T have your truck! This place is a joke! Dirty little shack, totally unprofessional! If I could give them zero stars I would.

We came in right on time but unfortunately the person who rented the 20ft uhaul before us was late turning in the truck, the owner was very apologetic and curious which was comforting and made us feel better about the move. He was very accommodating and helped us out with the truck. I would definitely recommend this place to ALL military families moving!!!

Been here twice and both times not only was it extremely fast service the gentleman behind the desk was very courteous and helpful. Definitely would come here again beyond a shadow of a doubt.
