All they want is your money. They don’t care about their clients. They will look at u as a $ walking through the door, not like a customer.
With a very sick toddler And unemployed I have tried to cancel MANY times and even mailed in a signed letter canceling my membership. Months later I am still getting past due notices and letter stating my membership services will be interrupted. What do you mean interrupted? I cancelled this in writing months ago and are still charging me even though I cancelled it 2 months ago? Are you kidding me?
I have tried calling the owner and talking to him and said he would call me back and NEVER calls me back even when he says he will.
Like I said, they just want your money and seem to be making excuses to charge you more even though you cancelled and even if you put the cancelation in writing as they say they request they will charge you till they feel like it.

I love my gym. My 18 month old has been going to their kids club every so often for the last 7 months. He’s finally becoming a little more independent and having fun allowing me to get a full workout. The gym is very clean, updated, spacious, never crowded, and the other members make the environment awesome. People go there to seriously workout and I love that.

I’ve hit all the gyms in town and this is by far the best. They have nice machines and equipment for all types of training routines! The sauna is a plus as well, no other gym in town has one. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming and it never gets over crowded here like other gyms in town I love it. If you’re looking to get away from the chaos and get a good workout in this is the place to go

Love my gym my second home lol. Been coming here since they opened in 2008. Eric and Anne are great and helpful. The staff and trainers are always courteous and helpful as well if I ask any questions. I am able to get in and out don’t have to wait around to get to a machine. Love this place thank you guys.

I have no complaints, definitely the best gym in Yucaipa, nicest owners I’ve met, and great prices. All the trainers are happy to help and answer questions and I’ve never seen this place have too many people. If you’re shocked by any «surprise fees» maybe if you read what you signed you wouldn’t be so surprised. Owners are always understanding about payments and the gym is very clean.

We recently moved to Yucaipa about a year ago. I was looking for a good gym locally but when I read reviews on here made me not want to go, then I went to Fitness 19 and I didn’t feel like working out with Yucaipa HS Football team. Unfortunately, I signed up with LA Fitness in Redlands which was a bad mistake. After a year of being fed up with them I signed up here.
WOW! It was like a breath of fresh air. The couple that owns it is there everyday. They are devoted to fitness and it shows in the equipment they have. Everything there is like a dream come true for me: TRX Ropes, Jump Tables, Punching Bags, Pilates Reformer Machine, Kettlebells, Stairmasters, I could go on and on.
Its clean, if you are neat freak clean then you should probably move out of Yucaipa, because its very dusty up here.
So that is my review. And I kind of don’t want to leave it because then everyone will know how amazing it is and then it will packed… Ugh.

Best gym in town!!! Definitely worth the money. The owners are super friendly and always looking to help out their clients. They offer many amenities like sauna, locker room and showers as well as a free session with a personal trainer for signing up. I always feel welcome there and I would recommend it to all my friends and family :)

Great team of trainers lots of equipment and never over filled. Some running machines were a little dated. Facilities were always clean and the bootcamp class was excellent.

I used to workout here a couple of years ago… when I was all buff-​n-​stuff!
Unfortunately, a single trip to Vegas stopped all that healthy living for me. –Not sure if I am happy or sad about that trip to Vegas =)
When I did frequent this place, I loved it! This is a clean facility with plenty of equipment to use. The trainers are good to work with too. The owners are actively involved in our little community here and that is another reason why I like supporting places like this.
The pricing was slightly higher than the other gyms in town but I enjoyed the classes, staff and facility here, so it was worth it.
Definitely worth a try. Like most gyms, they offer a free trial to see how you like it.
