Toys R Us

I used to shop here faithfully for holidays and birthdays. Unfortunately the last 2 visits to this store horrible horrible horrible! I was being harassed and followed around the whole store and to make things worse he continued to ask me Is there anything I can help u with? I couldn’t shop I didn’t feel comfortable to even look around. Their rude and it’s degrading. TOY R US CORPORATE OFFICE either you need to retrain these employees r get rid of them.

I like this Toys R’us store better than the Chico location, it might be smaller but cleaner and more organized! I prefer to come shopping in Yuba City, I find the staff helpful and friendly. I like the Rewards coupons too, you can get some great savings! Also, I like the shopping area that it is in, so it makes it convenient for me to get a lot of errands done, located near Raley’s!
This is my main go to place when I need to buy a baby shower gift or Birthday toys or Toys for Donations. During the Holidays, I came in several times shopping and finding great Christmas sales. Recently when I came in I got some great sales on iTunes, it was awesome! Customer service was good and lines weren’t too long. Best part is using my Rewards here.

OMG! I loves Toys Are Us. Clearance items are worth buying,., I sofa king love it. Saved like $ 36 dollars. Best time to shop, is after Christmas. Most TOYS arE marked down to 75−90% off… dirt cheap for good quality TOYS. #HappyCamper

I enjoy going to this Toys R Us when I need to get things for the kids. In addition to the toys they are also a great place to stop for baby/​toddler supplies and their clearance racks always have some cute cheap finds.
I have to say the customer service at this particular Toy R Us is top notch. While shopping recently we were approached by two helpful employees who were able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Even though one of the items was listed as possibly out of stock, they were able to find one in the back.
The people at the register were no different. I had to make a return after accidentally throwing away the packaging and they still took it with a smile. Great service.

As of today, I will NO LONGER shop at the Yuba City store ever again! As I was leaving the store I just remembered that I needed a plastic bag to gather some loose items that I had in the trunk of my car. I didn’t need a big bag or anything so I figured that one of the smaller plastic bags will do. I was getting ONE plastic bag when I was confronted by one of the employees. (I’m assuming that he was in management because he was holding a clipboard.) He was standing with another employee and he said rather loudly: «SIR, DID YOU NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING!?!». I replied: «Um… no, not really. I just needed a plastic bag.». Then he says: «OH! We just don’t give out plastic bags! It is a security issue! You can take the bag back into the store and fill it up.» I don’t think that you can even imagine the amount of anger that I felt when he made that comment to me! So then I told him that I wasn’t heading back into the store and that I was on my way out. I also explained to him that there were a lot of current employees who all knew who I was. Then he said: «Okay… but this is the ONE AND ONLY TIME. NEVER AGAIN, OKAY?!?» (There’s a Raley’s Grocery Store right next door who whould’ve NEVER hassled me or anybody else over ONE plastic bag!) I didn’t catch was his name was on his nametag but because of his rude comments and perhaps racial profiling, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE YUBA CITY STORE EVER AGAIN!
