I am so please with select! My boyfriend and I applied for a rental with Jessica at Select and she did everything in her power to make sure we got this place. She really went the extra mile to make sure all of our needs were met. She would promptly reply to all of my emails and kept me updated every step of the application and review process. I would highly recommend Select Property Management to any renters or owners and an extra recommendation to work with Jessica she is great!

I wouldn’t even rate this company with one star. They steal your money and never give you a reason. I over paid my rent prior to moving out and can’t get the refund amount I was promised. My deposit was $ 1300 and they gave me $ 60 back which was not my overpayment of rent but what they felt was what I was owed back. The house looked better after I lived in than before. This company is a rip off. I highly recommend if you find a rental and this is the company managing it to stay clear.
