Receptionist was very curt, rude, and just didn’t seem interested in taking new patients when I made an appointment. I had to cancel my appt. due to work obligations, she again was very rude, clearly upset over the phone. Decided I didn’t want to be chastised for canceling my appt. and went to another dentist.

Just called to try to make an initial appt. Receptionist was unfriendly from the start, then when she didn’t recognize the name of my insurance company(even though they’re listed as a provider), she said they didn’t want my business. Not friendly, not kind, not helpful.

First time visit today with Dr. Ellis. I have been told by a few dentist that I need root canals done. Well, to my surprise, Dr. Ellis did my teeth cleaning and said I need nothing else done. I told him I was told that I need 2 root canals and he said no. He said that, since I am older, that you teeth tend to get more sensitive. He told me what toothpaste to use. How to use my brush and I will be just fine. He could have said yes, you need the root canals to get the money but he didn’t. He is the most honest dentist I know. I will only go to him from now on. Thank you Dr. Ellis

Dr. Ellis is hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. It’s frustrating that Unilocal won’t post my review for some reason. He’s a very intelligent and skilled dentist who is excellent at putting your mind at ease and explaining what the different options are and why to go with one versus another. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
