The «new» cod filet sandwich is one that should have been released back to the sea. This sandwich is just not worth buying let alone eating and that old grease taste popped right back up along wtth it’s ugly sister «stale bunns». It’s disgusting to pay for something then wind up throwing it away. At least it was hot. Om to the next one.

Raised their prices. It has gotten very expensive now to eat here. Also still get those awful fries. Burgers are great, the fries are garbage. Going to avoid this place now.

This the damn worst service ive ever been to. They mess up on orders and then do not care. Everytime Ive noticed its all about the money

Poor drive thur service, check your food before leaving, rude manager, overprice
food, incorrectly made and wouldn’t exchanged cold fries, then made the second
hamburger incorrectly, wanted us to call owners, didn’t care… Better off going to applebee’s and spend the $ 20 for better food and service… To busy being combative
with the customer and forgot to add any ketchup/​mustard to the hamburger…

Just say no to their drive-​thru. Tried it three times and three times they screwed up the order. Don’t know why they do it or how they keep their jobs but try at your own risk.

I’ve been through the drive-​thru here a lot and I can honestly say this place has the WORST speed of service. The wait is always long regardless of the number of cars. I’ve pulled up when there is no one else in sight and I still end up waiting forever. The longest I waited in this drive-​thru was about 15 minutes (after ordering) with just 2 cars ahead of me. Go inside.

Extremely nice staff, I have been here various times and the staff is super nice. My order is always correct. I usually eat in at this location and sometimes go through the drive-​thru. I have had a couple of times when the food was cold (from the green burrito menu) but the burgers/​sandwiches are always hot and freshly prepared.

This is the WORST Carl’s Jr in the entire world. I have been to probably over 10 CJ’s in California and this WORST one. The service is terrible, the people are dumb, rude and SLOWER THAN ALL HELL. It takes them FOREVER to do anything. I ordered a burger when NO ONE ELSE was in the restaurant and it still took 10 minutes… Its fast food. Just saying. I only go here when I need something quick, then 10 days later when my food is ready, I realize I could have gone to the Applebee’s across the street and eaten a full course meal for 3 dollars more and still get my food faster even when they are busy. Oh and the food sucks so if you do manage to not die by the time you get your food, its terrible and taste like absolute crap. DON’T GO HERE EVER.

every time I have gone to this particular Carl’s Jr. it has been a bad experience. tonight I went because it is so close to my house and I was in a hurry, I asked for guacamole and some sour cream on the side for my quesadilla (just encase they charge extra). I ordered a superstar meal and a superstar sandwich alone. My daughter was sleeping in the back seat as I paid for my meal the lady kept during the window thinking she gave me everything. I sat in my car until she opened it again I asked for sour cream and guacamole (again for the second time) she then opened it again and said «well I’m going to have to charge you 50 cents for each». I asked for it in the beginning when I was ordering so we can avoid this. luckily I had change on me. I then drove off to check my bag and seen my burger was only a famous star and I had no soda. I had to go back in with my daughter sleeping on me. who is 3years old almost and is not very light. There was a gentlemen who worked there he was helping me as much as he can. I will no longer go to this location, I would rather drive over to bridge street and get what I pay for the first time rather then stressing out and getting pissed at the people who forget or just don’t listen. the Carl’s Jr on bridge street and hwy99 is wonderful. They do not mess up and they pay close attention to what your order is.
