Jason Gretsch the owner is a very poor business person. First they took control of my computer remotely and made it worse. They then told me to bring the unit to their shop for repairs. When I arrived during normal business hours they were closed. When I returned later I spoke to Jason who told me he had problems with employees leaving early. Jason is rarely at the business. So I left my computer which they told me would be a 2 day repair, 5 days later I picked up my computer with an extra charge which was not discussed on my bill. Further they installed Malware and refused to remove it. When I discussed this with Jason he informed me that his walk-in business is not important to him and it represents less than 10% of his business. No wonder he treats his customers so poorly.
