I would give this health clinic less stars if I could. It is a nightmare and run by incompetent people. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone here that knows what they are doing. They have extremely inconvenient practices like charging you extra money for a visit after 5 PM with out warning and later justify it by telling you there was a tiny sign in the waiting room that says there will be a 40 dollar increase. Also if you have any disputes with the bill forget calling the billing department. Both myself and my insurance have tried to reach them for over two weeks with no call backs. I regret ever coming here.

In regards to the family practice the people that check you out are RUDE and TERSE. My son and I were 7 minutes late and were turned away. I bet they don’t know that I know that’s against the law. I’ve waited in the waiting room every time but one for ½ hour to as long as 2 hours!!! The doctors are warm and pleasant but EVERY person I’ve encountered other than docs were rude.

We’ve only been coming here a few months, but we have had nothing but good experiences. This is a teaching facility, which means that whatever the doctors may lack in experience, they more than make up for in enthusiasm and up-​to-​date knowledge.
We couldn’t have asked for a better pediatrician than Dr. Augusztiny, who spent quite a bit of time with us, listening to both my concerns and my son’s, and she even took the time to counsel him about his nutritional choices.
My husband also gives them high marks, and reports that his physician was patient and unhurried, listened well, and gave good advice.
The staff is likewise personable and attentive, the environs clean and maintained. Even the pharmacy, despite being small, gets good marks for speed an efficiency (although it would be nice if they would call when medicine comes in!)
