Lavonne’s Catering

I contacted Lavonne to cater my birthday brunch. I wanted something low-​key, tasty and filling. I ordered for 60 people and still had food left over, the portions were generous, and the food was amazing. The menu was great: Breakfast casserole, croissants, salad, pulled pork sliders, smoked sausage and potatoes, bbq chicken wings, and tossed salad.
My 89 year old grandmother ate more in one sitting than I’ve seen her eat in years. Several of us commented on that. And my grandmother kept saying it was the best barbeque chicken she’d ever eaten. (I had to take her more the next day and I watched her eat another large meal!) She even said she’d like Lavonne to cater her 90^th birthday party!
More than one guest asked for the recipe of the smoked sausage and potatoes, myself included. She’s holding that secret though! I can’t blame her, I don’t think I’m share that recipe either!
In all, this was my first time ever hiring a caterer and I was incredibly pleased! She was easy to work with and I was more than happy with the results. She came back the next day to pick up the catering supplies she’d left and checked on how the remainder of the party went.
I’ll definitely use her again!
