Unprofessional, misogynistic, and disrespectful. I went to have a simple oil change: there was no one in line, but the man did not even end his personal phone call to greet me or usher me into the garage. He continued to talk on his cell phone while I pulled in. They were blaring talk radio that was belligerently slandering women. I was not going to endorse a business that was outwardly misogynistic, so I left before they had even started to perform service on my car. I will never ever return.
