I’ve always loved all the work they’ve done for me! Steve has never disappointed me with his work!

Literally the worst customer service i’ve had in 10 years. The people at Stevens (except Steven) were less than pleasant to work with. From the minute i walked in, inquiring about getting shirts printed for my business, I was greeted with negativity. No friendly «Hello, welcome to Steven’s, how can i help you» … the woman just walked up to the counter and said, «Yeah?» Unfortunately, I live in Yorkville and there are not many screen printing shops around, I needed this done quickly so I decided to do business with them. From then on out it only got worse as I went back in to deliver shirts, ect. I did meet Steven at one point when another very unfriendly woman couldn’t stand to deal with me any longer (I wanted a test shirt made before i spent $ 400 printing 60 shirts) Steven was friendly enough but clearly way too busy to pay attention to what was going on in the front of the house. For a small town local business I can’t believe they have any business at all with the way they treat their customers. Thank goodness the shirts turned out great otherwise this review would be even longer! If the women working there weren’t so rude and unhelpful i would recommend Stevens for their quality of work. Unfortunately I will NEVER return due to the fact that I don’t enjoy being treated like a pile of dirt by someone i am paying for their services.

The place where I work gets all our embroidery done here — for employee products as well as the items we sell in our gift shop. The quality of the work is fine, and the price is right for the convenience of having a reliable, local business handle our transactions.
