Food seems to be the same at all of the Panera’s that I’ve been to. The service was nice even though they were very packed. It took a little bit longer than expected to get my lunch but they were really, really packed! The cleanliness of the store is my issue and reason for the three stars. They need to do a full, deep cleaning. The booth that we sat in had a sticky seat even though the staff wiped it down for us but they were fingerprints everywhere on the table on the wall and the carpet look like it needed to be cleaned. The manager needs to take some time and have an overnight cleaning party with his staff. They can build teamwork and make sure guests feel like you care.

I love Panera bread’s salads. However, I avoid this location because it is difficult to find a table that isn’t dirty. The place can be empty and you can’t find a table that isn’t gross. The floor is usually dirty as well. Poor management? Don’t know but I usually drive a little further to Oswego.

Checked in this morning to get bagels…2 people in front of me kind of undecided what they want…2 associates were assisting other eaters so manager jumped in to help me and get my order. I was surprised that someone high up would even cut bagels and serve guests.(most places manages sits on the back«doing paper work»). I had very occasions where I stopped at, that Panera bread and always delivered. Asiago bagels, chocolate chip bagels and now pumpkin spice bagel. All bakery items are good… scones and mouth watering bear claw. Good place for breakfast — they serve yummy soufflé and good coffee. Overall great place to get bite anytime of the day.

Great almond bearclaw! Triple berry scone was OK. Good service and plenty of selection. Menu quantities are lower than other similar places, but prices are comparable.

Just ordered food to go from panera. I got home start taking things out and I’m missing a bag of chips. Um, ok. Keep going, missing a spoon for my soup. Ok. We open our sandwiches and our sandwiches are literally thrown together, one sandwich had the smallest piece of bacon on it, and one sandwich the bread wasn’t even facing the right direction. Seriously, small things but all very simple things that could have been easily prevented if they took the time and effort to do so. If I’m paying $ 37.50 for a meal for 3, I expect at least SOME sort of value. I would have gotten better service at mcdonalds.

Ive always been happy with the food and service ive received at Panera in Yorkville. Although a little pricey, I still visit weekly. They do a great job getting tasty food out quickly.

We try to eat at Panera at least once a week. We enjoy the Hazelnut flavored coffee and their pick-two: Asian Sesame Seed Chicken Salad plus Broccoli Cheese Soup. Also, the Italian Como Sandwich. I usually get a scone or a peanut butter cookie for .99 with my coffee.

Been here frequently — usually just for coffee & roll, sometimes sandwich and soup. Food tastes great, excellent service, friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone.

I have gone here a few times. The employees have actually rolled their eyes at me when I pointed out they gave me the wrong food. Also, the black bean soup was not really a soup. They quit making 3 seed bread. Everyone just seemed generally annoyed to be working there. Other Paneras are much friendlier.
