Kendall Partners

We purchased our home down by Kendall Properties in late 2013. We have had to redo so many of the «updates» that they made. They used cheap products and finishes and the subcontractors they used did not do their trade properly. For example, they put outlet covers and cable outlets where nothing was connected or existed. There were gas leaks from appliances not being hooked up correctly. We have to have our air conditioner unit re-​soldered since the tradesman they used did it incorrectly and it leaks at every connection. They also redid the sump pump system, but they didn’t grade properly so the water just came back towards the house so it was constantly running. There are many more examples of cheap and shoddy workmanship. I would NOT recommend buying from them. The saving grace of the house is the location and lot, and that they could not mess up. Wish we would have bought it before they «fixed it up».
